Your driver will pick you up from the location you provided during booking. If you are at an airport, railway station, or hotel, the exact pickup point will be shared before your ride.

We strive to ensure timely pickups, but in case of delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you in advance. You can also contact the driver directly.

Yes, you can request extra stops, but additional charges may apply depending on the distance and time required.

We offer a free waiting period of 15 minutes at regular pickup points and 45 minutes at airports. After that, waiting charges may apply.

No, smoking and drinking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
